We at Asta Agency are partnering with atNorth in this recruitment process. The process is managed by Asta, and you will then be employed directly by atNorth.
About the Position
As Manager of Sustainable Data Center Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading atNorth’s commitment to operational excellence and environmental sustainability. You will drive initiatives that reduce the environmental footprint of their data centers, spearhead the integration of innovative energy and water efficiency technologies, and ensure full compliance with European Union (EU) regulations and internal sustainability goals.
You will collaborate closely with the Development, Engineering, and Site Selection and Design teams to embed sustainability considerations into the planning, design, construction, and operation of atNorth's facilities. Acting as a key representative of atNorth, you will engage with local teams, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure the company’s sustainability vision is consistently delivered across all markets. You will also work in close partnership with our Sustainability team, which focuses on restoration and ecosystem development, to further strengthen atNorth’s commitment to long-term environmental impact and resilience.
This role is ideal for a passionate, visionary expert with a proven track record in building and scaling impactful sustainability programs, and who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities:

You bring a deep understanding of environmental challenges and a sharp focus on innovation. With a hands-on, proactive mindset, you thrive in collaborative environments that demand clear communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
Your technical understanding of data center infrastructure, combined with deep knowledge of EU sustainability regulations and standards, enables you to anticipate change and translate evolving requirements into actionable innovation. You ensure that compliance not only meets standards but actively drives advancements in design, configuration, and equipment development across atNorth’s facilities. You are flexible, solutions-driven, and eager to travel when needed to make an impact across all locations.
