About the position
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth and lead customer relationships in the Nordic region. As the main point of contact for Amphenol SAA customers, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts while also developing new business opportunities. Your role will be crucial in achieving our ambitious revenue targets and ensuring top-quality service to secure long-term partnerships. If you have a passion for sales, technology, and customer success, this position offers the chance to shape our presence in a key market.
Primary Responsibilities;
- Manage and expand existing accounts in the Nordic region.
- Lead cross-functional teams to close sales, from lead generation to final order.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular visits and strategic engagement.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, and propose tailored Amphenol SAA solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, customer service, and operations to secure business.
- Launch new products and execute promotional plans.
- Provide market feedback to management regarding customer needs for new technologies and products.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and traits
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in RF/Antenna or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales in industrial or electronics markets internationally.
- Strong independent working ability and collaborative team skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of developing strategic sales plans.
- Skilled at building rapport and trust with customers throughout the sales process.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligible to work in Europe without sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
